Dear reader,
Here’s the product I was just telling you about in the video – Bladder Brake. In my twenty years of practice as an OBGYN, this is the first product I have agreed to endorse. Why? because it works!. I wouldn’t put my name on something that didn’t have documented benefits and legitimate studies from reputable sources.
So many of my patients have suffered for years with the embarrassing and debilitating effects of an OAB (overactive bladder). As a medical practitioner, I often felt powerless to help them, short of prescribing the usual meds that do unfortunately come with a boatload of side effects, from dry mouth to blurry vision to constipation, to name just a few.
That’s why I have kept a close eye over the years on the research that has been done in the field of natural alternatives for dealing with all bladder issues. People everywhere will benefit from this research which shows that ingredients such as pumpkin seed and soy extract, are quickly becoming the go-to for all bladder-related issues and conditions. The oil found in pumpkin seeds has been shown to alleviate symptoms related to an overactive bladder and the isoflavones in soy have been shown to help improve urinary incontinence.
My mom's journey started about a year ago when she found a product advertised in the newspaper. It helped but it was almost $100. Then she thought she'd try a prescription so maybe insurance would make it cheaper.
You wouldn't believe how much the prescription cost!!! Over $300. Heck, my mom could get 8 bottles of this Bladder Brake for less than that. So when this product came under my radar, she was happy to test it.
And the verdict?? OMG, it started helping in the first week!! Seriously...her smile is real, and I'm happy too because the ingredients are natural instead of manufactured.

Menopause is a difficult time for any woman. Add to that an overactive bladder and it’s absolutely miserable. That’s what happened to me. I had just turned 57 and if the night sweats and mood swings weren’t enough to contend with, I also found myself running to the nearest bathroom countless times a day and endlessly throughout the night. NOT FUN!
I was actively looking for a product that would live up to the promise of calming my OAB and decided to try Bladder Brake because its formula was backed by actual studies. Glad I did! Life is back to how it was before menopause. No more constant trips to the bathroom. A big thanks to Life Sprout Bioceuticals for this product.

You are not alone. According to a recent study, bad bladder health is affecting many more people than you may think; even men are affected. It's especially common in women, it peaks around menopause and then rises all the way up until the age of 80.
As we age, men and women alike, our bladder loses its elasticity. That means it is able to hold much less urine which results in the bladder filling up more quickly and culminating in many trips to the bathroom. Also, because the bladder wall and pelvic floor muscles weaken, completely emptying our bladder in one go is difficult to do and can, therefore, lead to leakage.
As you might imagine, carrying around extra weight can put additional pressure on the bladder. An overweight or obese person is also more likely to experience added abdominal pressure which ultimately pushes on the pelvic floor muscles around the urethra, resulting in unwanted leaks. Obesity has also shown to stretch bladder and pelvis’s nerves so the person will be desensitized to that full bladder feeling, which can result in total loss of bladder control.
Sometimes after childbirth, especially when the woman has a vaginal delivery, the pelvic muscles stretch and weaken, leading to a drooping bladder. This ‘normal’ weakening of the pelvic floor muscles and nerves that control the bladder often dissipates around 6 weeks after childbirth. However, the weakening of the bladder can persist in many women years after giving birth.
People talk a lot about the physical discomfort of a bad bladder but they don't talk as much about the emotional toll it can have on someone’s life. When you're not confident in your bladder and you never know if you're going to be able to hold it in, stress wears on you in your day-to-day life.
You're always worried about another embarrassing leak that's going to leave you horrified and running to the bathroom. This is something that is affecting people of all ages, but as we get older or gain weight, it's becoming more of an issue. You may truly be missing out on life’s wonderful moments because of your condition.
It can make you feel like your body is betraying you, and you might be afraid to leave your home for fear of an accident. Many are too embarrassed to cry out for help. According to study by by BMC Family Practice in 20142, people tend to wait an average of 3.5 years from the moment they start experiencing bladder issues before actually consulting a doctor about them.
Furthermore, OAB symptoms can affect quality of life in so many ways, from “self-esteem, family relations, sexual satisfaction, professional and social life, sleep, and overall health”.4
The first is soy extracted from the soybean, one of the healthiest foods, chock full of protein, healthy fatty acids, and minerals such as zinc, a proven bacteria killer that has been shown to help fight UTIs. Soy extract is derived from the soybean and is composed of potent nutrients called isoflavones, key players in fighting OAB.
The second is pumpkin seed which strengthens the bladder’s tissue and helps the bladder fulfill its primary role of expanding and contracting. Its properties have a binding effect within the pelvis which ultimately leads to strengthening in the pelvic floor and lower urinary tract.
And the last core ingredient is cranberry which contains A-type proanthocyanidins (PACs). These PACs are known inhibitors to bacteria attempting to infiltrate the bladder wall causing infection. Cranberry has been recommended for years, especially to women, in helping keep UTIs at bay.
Several studies have shown that these core ingredients have bladder-building properties that help achieve and maintain a healthy bladder, from strengthening the bladder muscle to calming an overactive bladder.
One recent study involved 45 male and female volunteers who were given 10 grams of pumpkin seed oil daily and were surveyed after 6 and 12 weeks5. Without exception, each subject reported a lower daytime and nighttime urinary frequency as well as decreased urgency overall.
Another study took a group of 120 subjects and gave them either a placebo or a combination of soy isoflavones and pumpkin seed oil6. After 12 weeks, the group who was given the pumpkin seed and soy combination reported a noteworthy reduction in overactive bladder symptoms compared to those who were given the placebo.
Ten randomized trials were performed on 1049 patients focussing mainly on UTI prevention. The trials concluded that “cranberry … may decrease the number of symptomatic UTIs over a 12-month period, particularly … for women with recurrent UTIs.”7
Blending these bladder-strengthening core ingredients just the right way, in just the right formulation, has been Life Sprout Bioceuticals’ goal. That’s what lead to the creation of Bladder Brake, with leak-stop technology. Each concentrated capsule contains just the perfect amount of soy bean extract, pumpkin seed and cranberry your bladder needs to get back to optimal function.
